I agree with you. I have just noticed when there is a big paying race, that usually the track that pays less money gets more cars, even if the bottom end is much less. What do you consider a good purse, and which shows in IN do you consider the top paying?

Honestly our payout at Twin Cities Raceway Park is great throughout the field and rewards you for running inside the Top 10! It is not all on top!
$1000,700,600,550,500,425,400,350,325,300,275,250, 225, 14.-20. $200. The Open Tire Rule is attractive too! American Racer Tires are great for varying track conditions and hold up, but cost much less than the competition. |

The wing purse is almost double. That shows you why alot teams are putting wings on. I doubt it cost double to run winged cars. |

That's Okay by me.
![]() I'd rather see him (TS) sponsor/create some High $$$ non-wing events, rather than take the money from them with his own team of unlimited funding. I'm not just picking on him either but any high dollar corporate fielding of a non-wing car. I am thrilled that he participates in promoting, racetrack ownership and now sanctioning. He's given back so much more to the open wheel and this sport than the others before and after him have.

The Smackdown is a good payout, but you have to spend 3 days with food, hotels, etc. to get a shot at it.

I'm gonna miss watching Clausen drive wingless, & doubt if he'll do as well with winged cars....
