Pretty cool. I remember when USAC first started running on tracks smaller than a half mile and Putnamville would run them on Weds. The crowds were pretty good. This is taking some guts by Spiker and crew and I hope it works well for everyone. My only problem is I live an hour and 45 minutes away and don't usually get out of work til close to 5, but that is my problem. I will try to get to as many as I can.

I would love to see Midgets added to the show. We need to get another track in Indiana to step up and get Midget racing going back in Indiana.

I dont think too many open wheel fans would bat an eye at 14.00/head if they got to see sprints and midgets! Imo. Joe usually has one of the highest car counts during midget week and not to mention one of the best finishes last year!

I feel the Sprints only deal for $10. is a great idea. Being in the race business all my life, I have found that I have been priced out of attending most races. This gives us a opportunity to watch what we love at an affordable admission. Sam Stockon Sr

well let me say that this just makes me sick! lousy sprint cars on a dirt track on a thursday night, for only $10...puke! you race fans should do something constructive with your life and not watch little cars go in circles for hours, you all should be ashamed of yourselves!
,,,seriously...i just saw too many happy posts all in a row without some idiot ******** about something, but i'm better now. Spiker & crew going out on a limb for us race fans here, let's show em we appreciate it and pack the place. My only apologies are to the car owners who now have another night of work, and to my buddy Mike Heimel, whos wonderful Thursday night auctions i will have to miss till the end of race season (or a rainy Thursday night). Eat your hearts out non-Hoosiers, bob ![]() |
