Have you been to all those tracks? I've been to Orange County twice & doubt if I ever saw anybody pass, especially for the lead. Closest track to where I live & probably won't go again...
I went to Hagerstown once & it was painfully slow, huggy bottom all the way. Plus my racing hero from the 60s, Smokey Stover of Staunton, Va. got seriously injured there. Long drive for me & I'm NOT going back...

Yes been to all. All tracks can be decent if prepped right. Giving a track a chance to me means going a few time. Just because one night sucked doesn't mean the others will.
Hagerstown for a late model show in the mid 90's and twice in the early 2000's for two other late model shows.
Been to the Big Block Modified Eastern States 200 twice and thought they where good shows those years. Depends on track prep. Brett "The Jet" Hearn runs the place now.

I mean, they run winged sprints at New Smyrna and it's always a great show. USAC did run the midgets there in 2013 for the World Series of Asphalt Stock Car racing, and that blew people's minds. They were lightning quick. And they had a really large crowd to see the midgets, even though it was 35 degrees those 2 nights. Everyone left after the midget feature. I don't see what this was never thrown around for mid-week between midgets and sprints at Bubba. Seems like a no brainer to me.

That used to be one of my favorite road trips.

I'll take your word for it. People told me both those tracks mostly did Mods & LMs.... maybe not as good for sprints, tho?

Late as usual to the party, but wish to add Carolina Speedway in Gastonia, North Carolina. Preferably in March, when I'm there.
