Put a stop watch on Bland in heat race. He turned a 12.2! That's 92.2 mph! 92.2 mph is hauling ass on nice, smooth, paved, I 70. Now, imagine doing that sliding around on dirt with a constant supply of hard left turns coming at you with not much straight in between!

Pretty incredible what these guys do in my humble opinion!

He was definitely hauling, love seeing a guy hang it all out riding the cushion. Great race.

He'll definitely be the dark horse, come Sprint Week, the way he and that team are going, right now. After he won Haubstadt, he said they had struggled with shock issues, but now had that figured out. He's been on a tear every since.

And how about Chase Briscoe? Before that last yellow, as fast as Bland was flying, he was down there grinding away on the bottom, reeling Jeff in! The last couple of weeks, Chase Briscoe has started to look more like Kevin Briscoe. And he's still young enough that he's only going to get better.

This ended up being a pretty good race. After Bland took the lead, you never really thought he was going to give the top spot up, but the battle for second, third and fourth was really good. For a whole lot of laps Briscoe, Shuman and Coons really went at it. At a high rate of speed.
