I would be willing to bet that you will not see a full field at any pavement races until somebody comes up with a solid gameplan for the silvercrown div. Traditional car owners were burnt when the newgen cars came out then the guys spent big money and built new cars then they were burnt.You know the saying {Get me once shame on you get me twice shame on me get me three times and i am a #$@#$$ morone}

Here's MY proposal to fix the SC division:
Of course, it is the ONLY plan that makes any sense!:rolleyes:

1) Dump both types of Pavement Cars
2) Merge the Dirt Series with the IRL
3) Schedule an equal number of Dirt & Pavement Races
4) All Dirt races get TRIPLE POINTS, thereby requiring any team racing for the Championship to run both Dirt & Indy Cars to win.
5) Driver Points ONLY - NO OWNER POINTS (Preventing "Specialist Drivers")

Great Plan ,except no need to dump the pavement cars. Run old ones < 1mile & madeover new ones > 1 mile. ...thereby making them the Indy Car of Tomorrow.
