Not that it matters but a few of you guys are counting practice days as races. If I went and watched them run over at IRP every time I heard them practicing or counted all the practice days I go to at IMS I could add another 30-40 dates to my race total. Figure the dude that writes the column for NSSN would throw a black flag on those dates. That being said do what you want. For me its more about quality than quantity anyway(and this year it may be even more about the price of gas).

Count them Hoover, I didnt count them as races, just noted I was there!!!! Was only to 43? races last year and probably won't do much more this year. I too go for Quality over quantity....It use to be if there was a race in my area I was there. Probably did 80-90 races a year for alot of years (never counted them). Not so anymore. Age maybe???

Just for the record I only count races where I watch at least one feature. My 308 for the last two years only counted tracks where I saw a feature and my average gate price that I paid was about 20 dollars so I think my quality if pretty good. Just sayin
