Besides, Its been on Burg schedule as USAC/MSCS all year but I never got confirmation to format until a couple weeks ago. WOW!

IMHO its a lack of respect for to Rudisell, A promotor who's had one or two MSCS races a year since he took over.

Regardless of how many cars the MSCS or USAC brings (and let's please not debate this yet again), if it's a co-sanctioned show, then both organizations should be referenced equally in a post that's about the race!

And I don't think anyone was disrespecting Rudisell (at least that wasn't my intent) Just looking for equality in publicity. If all the other media included a reference to MSCS too, then great. But on this post, you'd have never known MSCS was part of this race prior to Dave's edits.

Looking forward to a great show!

Rudy simply replied to me. "A birthday and USAC sprints, Don't get much better than that*

Total oversight in what was meant to be a friendly gesture.

I don't see the Intent to screw MSCS at all as it wasn't a official announcement or advertisment.

I also have all the respect for SamSr for what he has done and continues to do for the sport.

Let it go.................

no harm wildman, i was'nt really promoting the race in the first post i made, just speaking as a huge fan of this race. I really think that everyone here knows its a MSCS/USAC race anyhow. Thats why all of our REAL media releases specify that. I am a paying sponsor of this website and have banner adds on here so people can click on the link and get detailed info about upcoming races. I will punish myself for the misunderstanding in a non violent way.
See all of you saturday!!

Hold on there, Buckeroo. I vaguely recall the one year that IRP was dirt. I barely recall IMS going to most all asphalt.

This would be a good off season topic: My earliest memories include people like Duane Carter and Paul Russo, guys who began racing in the 40s. The topic could be "Who are the first racers you recall?"

Leann, Luanne, so many women, etc....

Back to the original topic now.

Wow Danny, you are old... and i believe Marv may be older, thus his memory is shorter among other things.

BTW, Since this has become an official promotion message, i'd like to add a few things.
This is The City of Lawrenceburg Fall Nationals
Featuring the USAC Sprints and MSCS Sprints! It's going to be a beautiful day, and it's the last race of the season. Hope to see you there!
Also:
