Does anybody know what really happened here? What was the decision made that supported the "local" drivers?

But on a serious note, Kim and Dave deserve a huge pat on the back for standing up for their local drivers in this situation with the modifieds. I completely understand why the AMS sanction was dropped and i commend you for doing it.

On a serious note..I hope hope it's a great show with just enough cautions to keep it interesting....the fans and the Rudisells deserve a good night of racing......

According to the AMS site, a confict of interest between the track and AMS about a particular driver competing.

Derek Groomer and another driver had an incident at brownstown at the last AMS event that prohibits him (groomer) from racing AMS events. This would have kept him from racing at the burg tonight. And severely hampering his lawrenceburg speedway points racing. I think dave made the right call standing up for his points racers in this situation

Thanks Chris for clearing that up. Now we all understand what happened and Dave's decision.
