How did Kyle Larson get on his side,did he get bumped? Or by himself?

I am puzzled by the comments on the bad picture quality. I viewed through www.ustream and the picture was good quality throughout. Did the poor quality come through connections through the USAC site, or is Internet streaming that variable? Just curious.

What is with all the "time of ###### disallowed due to rules infraction"? Anything to do with the RPM limit? How did that go this weekend?
