I think you would find that is you have an ad on here that there is more leeway shown to these types of posts. Or maybe I should just shut up because this series will be lucky to last past the 1st few races anyway.:2:
Mr Hoover,
Thank You once again for your input, it is duely noted. I for one have never bumped any post. Just as I am now " I am mearly replying to a comment ". Yes by doing so this keeps the post on top, but I feel we have the right to reply to post written within our open topic. Please feel free to send me your information via PM, I would enjoy sending you a pair of free tickets to the 2010 A.S.C.T. banquet.

Promoters pitching their races, drivers and owners pitching T-shirts, etc. etc. etc. is common place on here. Look at the threads and you'll see tons of posts where various entities are promoting their goods and tracks. To pick out one promoter and whine about it.... sounds like you've got an agenda.

Doesn't that describe just about your entire posting history, here on IOW, Don?

If you don't like my posts, don't read them. Real simple.

they did a good job with the lights and the stands. the track hasn't changed much since we raced there every friday back in 1984-85. it's still a narrow (as in groove) paperclip. there are stiil rocks in it so make sure yo guys use your screens. it still get's very slick and the bottom of the corners are flat (10-15'). there is still no catch fence in turns or back chute. i think what hurts the place is they've had such a bad rep for so long and people don't forget. good luck to everone and the new series.
