Most exciting:1. Hunter from the tail at Kokomo... 2. Clayton at the late Haubstadt race, oil drippin, engine on fire during yellows, still kickin a## till the motor finally let go.Best experience: DD cashin in payback at the Darland Memorial.

That one gets my nod as well. Great to be back at THAT that day. DC's peformance in the B and the A was nothing short of spectacular. He was just passing guys like they were tied to trees at the start of the feature. Had he not almost spun out twice later on he might have been up front battling with Levi. Still won't forget Kuhn's late drive in Benic's car broken left front shock and all.:applaud:

I'll just agree with what's been said about Bloomington Sprintweek, Kokomo Sprintweek, Sumar Classic, Hunter from-the-back, Gas City Midget Week (both divisons, Lawrenceburg Midget Week (both divisions), Four Crown Midgets, Friday of Gold Crown, and Friday of Ovals.

I'll add these:
2 TNT races - Greenwood & Creek County. CC is about a fifth-mile and got rained on before hot laps....which gave us a super-tacky little bullring that made for a great race. Bacon gets Ballou late for the win.

Sun Prairie midgets - Levi rolls by Hines and Darland on the cushion for the win on a late restart.

But the best race I saw all year was that midget race at the Four Crown. The heavyweight battle between Yeley and Darland was great. You can just see by watching how bad they wanted it. So it was a great race even before Stenhouse decided to spoil their fun by running in true Eldora style - he never left the wall and blasted right by those two. Then he checked out. Even after Kuhn broke in front of him and he went to the tail, Stenhouse was putting on a show, right up to the point when he clipped the backstretch wall and flipped about as hard as I've ever seen into turn three. It was like Stenhouse crammed all the reasons I love to watch him race into one night....what an unbelievable show!

You can't go wrong with Kokomo. The racing there is second to none. IMO

I've got to give one vote to the MSCS opener at Terre Haute...the battle between Hockett and Ballou in the A main for the last 5-6 laps was great!!

Sprint cars

1 Hulman Classic. To much to watch at times. All night was great, heats,B main, A main.
2 Hunter from the back at Kokomo
3 Clayton from the back at Creek County for 3rd.

Midgets
1 First POWRi race at Little Belleville. On the same weekend as all the flooding here in Indiana,it took me about 5 1/2 hours to get there, with some phone updates from Morty along the way. Glad I made it there, cause the racing was unreal in the feature. It got about 4 laps in,then 1/2 the field was sliding the other half in one end of the track, and then getting slid back in the other end of the track! This went on all feature long, and much like the Hulman, even though Little Belleville is just a dinky little track, there was to much to watch all at once.

2 POWRi midgets at Macon. This one Dean Mills captured on video, and what were ther, like 23 sliders he counted for the lead?? Another fun night.

3 4 crown midgets. More sliders galore for the lead.
