Sounds to me that its a shame we couldn't have switched the two surfaces at Lincoln Park and Lincoln, PA! The non-wing guys would have loved any kind of cushion at Lincoln (PA). They prepared the track like they were going to run winged sprints (Oh that's right, they did with 358's) and didn't give our guys the chance to show their wares on a wet top with a cushion. It was a battle for the inside rail with some passing but nothing to write home about. Well, it's on to New Egypt!
We all know eastern tracks are packed down to hard, with that said the weather played a big role in track conditions last night. A cold front came through the area late morning, the temps and humidity took a big dive. Even worst the wind blew at 15 to 20 mph for the rest of the day. No tracks going to deal with those conditions well. Still I saw some real good racing and passing down in 1 and 2 were I spent the day.
