Dont get excited Trent it was rubber that made them locked down and fast. I will say the heats had more moisture than usual. But the track was not tacky fast in the feature but rubber. That is why a slide job was a difficult thing to perform. Not much chance of making one work.

well i think that mcintosh on most nights is a moving shicane so i dont see how it could have been gaines' fault, he has had problems in the past but i think he is on the right track now and racing is racing

Moving chicain? Really? Come on, she is pretty good and they work their butts off to go racing.(Like most people) Does she have the accomplishments of Dickie? No, but most people don't.

I would say that if you asked the drivers in the pits, 90 percent would have respect for her. You can't please everyone, but in my opinion, she has done a great job in her first few years.

I didn't see the Paragon deal, so it very well could have been her fault, but to call her a moving chicain is a little rough.

First off Congrats Josh on a great run,

Secondly, I was right behind it and saw the whole thing up close and personal and barely made it through, Arin was running a good race, my car was a little too tight in the rubber and i didnt have anything for her or josh

but in my opinion Dickie didn't have her cleared, but we are all human and all make mistakes, his RR ran over her LF and broke the front end, I dont blame her for not lifting, I have a lot of respect for her just because she didnt, but the collision caused the car to fall down and turn across the track, causing the crash....

I have raced against Dickie before and never had any problems of him rough driving, and we get along pretty well, so like i said we are all humans and we all make mistakes

I was also there and it appeared that Dickie had almost cleared her when the accident took place. I have the upmost respect for both drivers, but do feel that Dickie should have been blacked flagged. If that was the case then the driver that hit Bill Babcock should also have been black flagged and Ked Hollars for hitting the number 7 car after the race had finished. It appears that some drivers can get away with anything but others are always penalized. It is racing and rubbing, bumping and accidents are bound to happen, but none of them or should I say most of them are not intentional. It was a great night for racing but the track was slick.

Sorry, typo error, I meant to say that I do not think that Dickie should have been black flagged.

Ok first of all this is Ked Hollars Jr and let me just say yes rubbing is racing but when someone ues your car to get around the corner it gets pretty old after a while. I didn't mean to hit him The 7 of David Brummet but when i got to him my brakes quit and i couldn't help it. Yes when i hit him he slammed his brakes on and spun around and i hit him again. When he came in the pits he tried to run me and my wife over and that was all uncalled for. When we were talking to the security guard Tony Walker came in and started yelling and while the Security guard was trying to talk to him he sped off tearing the security guards pants and mine also- therefore why wasn't something done about that?!! As for people getting away with stuff then why did the 56-Tony Walker get away with spinning the 18of Steve Hollars out the night he won the future because he should have been black flagged~ the 56 that is.So if your going to call people out by name make sure you list ALL that was involved! I wasn't going to go to this extreme but you called it out so now lets just tell everybody who is who! If it wasn't for having the utmost respect for Grandma Winnie then maybe we wouldn't have gotten this all out of proportion it could have done been settled but we have a great deal of respect for the lady and have felt all this wasn't neccessary! I think if there was a beef with one car that it shouldn't have gone to the entire race team! As far as Keith Ford going to talk to us about what had happened well we never seen him did you? So apperently he knew what happened on the track was an accident!! I did start the taill of the b-main if you noticed because of the brake issue.

Dirttracklady~~The track was not slick, it was rubbered down.
Gaines should have been black flagged for a bone head move that the crowd, officials, crew and drivers all approved of. Great job Keith Ford!!!!!

Fastman4~~are you the driver that caused the red flag in the B main for not getting off the track when black flagged that caused me to get home so late?

I was there to watch the races and was in the pits by the fence and seen everything that happened with the 33-7-& 56 and i think it was all uncalled for on the 7 and 56 part. The security guard just about got drugged away on the 56 and saying their pants got ripped the 7 trying to hit the other two was rediculous! As for the sprints how could you see from the pits what was going on because of all the dust unless you were in the stands? Where was the track owner during all this he should have been doing something about the whole thing along with some other issues that should of been taken care of in the past. Paragon is becoming a fight fest not a racing track. A longtime fan of PAragon sprints!
