Sounds like they need to have a designated work area, most tracks do. I have not been down there so maybe it's not possible don't know.

It might seem like a ***** but it is only a complaint. CLOSED REDS AND NO RETURN TO TRACK RULES> SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys tow a couple hundred each way to race. Fans pay to see them running not in the pits. When less cars than a USAC Heat finish the feature, There's a problem. THats three times I've seen Ballou here and never seen him finish but he could have, Memmer and a couple others too who were in the gate long before the Yellow restart was thrown.

OFF HIGH HORSE

The Consi run by Dickie was worth the price of addmission alone and several thrilling feature moments, A great third heat and a good time.

I really think letting these guys restart on the tail as long as they are not delaying the program is in the best interest and would provide some HOLY! BLEEP RACING!

Is this the only track with a no restart rule?
Congrats to Hunter, Bland came from rear to third. Dickie from 18th to fourth. Hunter from Sixth for the win but it really could have been anybodys race. I did not see what happened to Jon and Brady.

Chuck, who had a great time. I just think that rule sucked and my brother said man there aren't many cars left.

After the cost and time to come to the track they should be allowed to come back out. In addition I heard that 4 rigs were ticketed in Lburg for something on there way to the track. Doesn't sound very racer friendly to me. I suspect this may have something to do with the car counts over time. Racing was good for while we had the good cars on the track but then Hunter ran away after all the carnage.
Did Bland look great coming from the back? Absolutely! But did he have the field covered? Thats a stretch, I think you have to lead to have the field covered and he never made it to the lead. Once Ballou was gone the race was basically over Hunter had 'em covered

What happened to Brady Short? Why can't anybody give a little more detail to the race? Inquiring minds are DYING to know what happened over there!
I don't understand the not letting cars back out on the track if they are ready. Flat tires are easily changed etc..... Paragon does the same thing and it sucks. Drivers come to race (and fans to see their favorite driver) and should not have their privalages taken away. You guys are right, you spend all that TIME AND MONEY preparing to just get there and not get to finish just isn't right.

It wouldn't surprise me to see some of these guys "Not Show Up" unless the rules are changed. Fuel and equipment way to expensive to have this happen. I hope this doesn't happen, but ya never know.

Anyone have any info as to why the State Trooper was following rigs into the gravel lot just off US 50 and then stopping them after they had left the highway? As long as he spent with them, it appeared he was writing tickets. Someone sitting near me said it may have something to do with a weight limit on a bridge somewhere near the track. Bad way for the teams to start the evening.
