He bores and strokes them, has to bore the cases for the bigger liners, notching the liners is no problem, I've done a lot of them for aluminium rods. Bob

After he get it to 1200cc or so the only thing holding him back is them little bitty valves, thus the use of turbo's and nitrous for better VE right, and that is why you chose a little 600cc instead of an 836cc motor.

Well, they are limited on valve size, much bigger and they tend to hang up on each other, and yes, the 600 with no head work has awesome VE! Don't want to give it all away,got too much research in it. Bob

Hard to be the New Kals like Combs has. The head must flow like crazy. Plus it is water cooled and electronic injection too, I believe.

Is the Kal you are talking about a 600cc Kawasaki?
