Decision was made for me today. My kids soccer practice was rained out on Thursday, but we will have a make up indoor practice on Friday night. Since I am the assitant coach, I need to be at practice. The things that we do for our kids.

Valley has cancelled the POWRi show for Friday

POWRi National/West Midgets for Valley Speedway canceled by unfavorable weather forecast

The POWRi Lucas Oil National/West Midget Series event at Valley Speedway in Grain Valley, Mo., on Friday has been canceled because of an unfavorable weather forecast.

The National Weather Service has forecast 100 percent chance of rain and snow for Thursday and 70 percent chance of rain and snow for Friday for Grain Valley. Temperatures Friday are predicted to be a high of 40 and low of 34.

Saturday’s POWRi National/West Midget event at Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Mo., remains scheduled to run.
