USAC should get out of racing and go into the circus business. They could call themselves the Proctological Circus.

Why that name? Well with that many ass clowns as USAC has working for them, they would be a great show.

USAC you have lost all respect from this fan of over 25 years and I can't wait to see the day you are bought out.

That day is coming quickly.

If this post gets me banned from IOW I'll see you all at the track, when I get off of second shift.

Wasn't really close enough to the action to see what he did for USAC. I did see him bust his butt as an underdog to run with USAC for several years and do great with less than top notch equipment. I also saw him promote the Burg when the place was falling down and the City didn't want to spend any money their and basically tried to ignore it. Mr. Stabb kept the place alive untill the casino money showed up to rescue the place. He always treated the older drivers like my Dad with great respect. Even treated nobodies like myself well. To me USAC letting him go is just another blow to the little guy. Wether that little guy is a promoter or a racer this seems to be happening a lot. I guess sooner or later there won't be little guys and that doesn't usually concern anyone but the little guy.

Greg, you will be missed by all of us who worked with you at the track. Good luck to you in all you do. I honestly cannot see how this move can be in USAC's best interest.

Perfect example is this. USAC has been failing to promote their drivers and their races for years. WoO and the All-Stars charge a little more for you to come and see their shows. However, if you look in the stands. No matter what day they run. It is packed. The WoO has television coverage. What does USAC have? Nothing. Ruined. I rather pay to go watch a good KISS or MSCS show. Bring on Emmet Hahn, or whomever, that can get this ship righted in the direction it needs to head. Non wing sprint cars is some of the best racing. Just a shame that no one in USAC can promote it. Best of luck Mr. Staab in whatever you do. Hopefully, it will still be in the racing community some place.

Talked to Gregg today said he will be at USAC working parttime. He told me I would still see him around. That is all he said.
