As Paul Harvey used to say, "Now for the Rest of the Story". I haven't tried Wal Mart or K-Mart so they might have it here locally I don't know. The other locations that I tried don't carry it.

This morning I stopped at Walgreen's here in Anderson since Keith said that is where he found it in Cincinnati. I spoke to a lady who has been there since they opened and she said that they don't carry it in their stores in Anderson. She said that different stores carry different brands. She said that she gets hers at Dollar General across the street. I told her that I went to the new Dollar General across town and that they didn't have it. She said she was sure that they did at this one since that is where she buys hers. She said that it works great and she wishes that Walgreens would carry it here locally.

So across the street I ventured and lo and behold they carry it both in the spray bottle as well as the gallon refill. I spoke with the manager and she said that not all Dollar Generals carry the same merchandise. She said that they have had it for a long time but other locations might not carry it. Who would have thought that?

I also had an e-mail from Checker'd Past and he said that they have it at Dollar Tree here in Anderson as well. So now I have a couple of places to find it. Thanks to all for your recommendations and posts. I certainly didn't think it was going to be this tough finding such a great product.

If you can't find it, I would ask the store manager if they can get it. The worst that they can do is so no. Happy hunting.

Leave it to the better half to come up with a new nickname. I appreciate you finding it and will gladly take it if it is an extra. I wasn't worried about the price so much as what it was going to cost me in delivery charges.

Will the Mean Green hurt paint? I got some to clean the racecar with. I assume it won't because the Hoffman guys probably use it, but I want to make sure.

The bottle says it is not recommended for coated or painted surfaces. I personally haven't tried it on painted surfaces but since the manufacturer doesn't recommend it, I wouldn't try it.

Maybe they should change the product name to "Rarely Seen Green."
