Happy Birthday Danny! Hope you had a good day and many more ahead! How's that not working thing going so far? Hope to see you once more this year.

The novelty of the birthday may have worn off, but not the novelty of retirement.

I've had some very good mentors when it comes to retirement living, many of whom are here.

Many thanks to all who've wished me the best, both here and/or Facebook, etc.

Of all the well wishes here, I must say that I like Susan's best. The girl has a black belt in hugging.

No more hurrying from Bloomington on Friday nights because I have to get up early on Saturday morning. I'm getting good at taking my time. Already have that lazy part down pretty good.

Bless you all. Bill has assembled a pretty good group here. One big happy dysfunctional family.

P.S. Dave did stop by and have some birthday cake. He may have bought me a beer, but I cannot confirm this. Was doing my Z-man/Tim Watson imitation.

Z-man/Tim Watson imitation? Often imitated, never duplicated! I like to borrow a quote from Chris Berman, rumblin', bumblin', stumblin'.

We've seen your act before.

Mike

Be nice to people on the way up. You might need them on the way down. Jimmy Durante

Well you know how it is, sometimes when a guy is a ways from home he acts a little different!
