It's true the USA and Soviets aren't the lone superpowers anymore, but it's not like we're fading into oblivion like the Ruskies. It's a more competitive, multi-polar global economy, but one that can be taken advantage of due to the massive increases in consumption across the world.

We are far from a “safe” investment anymore, and the only reason the Chinese ever invested in us was to gain leverage. If it ever came to it they could cripple us financially. Have you ever heard of predatory lending? Consider ***** the loan shark, and we [USA] the poor schmuck in over his head.
As for International students choosing to come here; A) Our universities hand out scholarships to international students like they are going out of style, B) We are over-saturated with universities, C) It’s not where they go to college that counts, it’s whether they stay here (in the USA) to pursue their career.

Racing will never be the same, were now in a global economy/world. Used to be hard work and eating a ton of dirt a few times a week along with talent would get you a ride or at least noticed. Now days 99.9% of the drivers who get to the top do so because of rich mommys and daddys. They hardly ever have to make personal sacrafice's, they grow up in he best gokarts and have all the best equipment money can buy, all the way to the top, where they also buy the best seats available. It's all crap, nascar, indy, whatever. Call me old, stupid, behind the times, I dont care, but there will never be anouther AJ Foyt, Mario Andretti, Jan O, Jack Hewitt, ect. ect. I couldnt wait to watch the Mil. mile this past weekend, it took me all of like two laps to know it's garbage. And if I could of I'd reach thru the tv screen and grap D. Francitti, or whatever that whinners name was and show him a good ole fashion american ass whoopin.
