The only black car i remember Jeff Bloom driving was Lyle Roberts roadster #47 winner of 1977 little 5 (DUKE COOK also drove the roberts roadster at one time ) Bloom also drove Lyles black 8" offset sprint car in the 1987 little 5 that car was destroyed in the 50 lapper the week before 1988 little 5 I had to get DUKES name in there

If you mean the Roberts roadster, it was restored to it's original state, an early 60's Indy car:

The roadster I was interested in was the one Gary Schlafer ran in the little 500.

i do believe it went to florida , i think harold wirtges ( a and b mini storage ) bought it , larry brazil , stan butler , jim childers, im sure ive missed some names drove it with tbra at the time. a guy by the name of steve beach had it, as of 1993 last i knew , interperter 66 may be able to get hold of him and see if hes still got it , the car in the pictures has a big block in it , the one in fla is small block , but it also had the laid over motor and 180' degrees headers
