I watched several races from Crystal by ROTW and they do a very good job.

The Kokomo video, by the way, worked perfectly.
The video will work as well or better than the test video. I don't know what the upload will speed will be at Ft. Wayne until I get there and test it myself, but I don't see any issues. The test video is as low as I will go... the quality doesn't get any worse than that.

Sounds like Mr. Barhorst is making sure we have a good connection so I am confident there won't be any major issues.

We'll be doing a test broadcast Thursday night that will be open to the public so everyone can judge for themselves on quality and decide if they wish to purchase the product.

Take your TV model and Computer model to Radio Shack and they can usually get u squared away for less than $50.

Duel,

You are correct. However it is set up to sell day one first. Then after day one is complete, you can buy the second day. They do it that way because it cuts down on confusion.

This is a good thread to learn about all the details it takes to get a good stream, and picture on TV like 767.

The devil is in the details, we all want this to work...and we will do our best.

I just want to clarify that the test video in question is in fact the Kokomo video towards the bottom of the ROTW page. If that is the case then, again, it worked flawlessly.
This will be a large part of our New Years Eve entertainment for a fairly large group, so I don't want to leave anything to chance or my wife will kill me. Just kidding, she'll only disable me.

We'll be watching Thursday for the tune-up.

Thanks.

Silver Crown Championship Dirt Cars properly driven on a one mile dirt track are classic poetry in motion. Using that analogy, Jack Hewitt is one of the greatest poets of all time.

YES it is Kokomo. It was one of the Sprint Car heats from the Vince Osman night. It was broadcasted as you see it now on the ROTW site. I didn't do any special editing tricks.

Thanks for the info Tony. i have had little trouble with the live feeds i've paid for. the Kokomo clash was one of the best. no one should worry about paying for this. That said and to save the wrath of Aero nothing compares to being there in person. Tv or internet cannot come close to an in person experience.

This website is a good one to check your own internet speed. http://www.speedtest.net

Select a location (really doesn't matter what location you select) and wait for the test results.

Most internet broadcasts recommend that viewers have at least 1.5 Mb/s internet speed.
