Aaron, It was good to see your Dad Sat. I always enjoy talking with him about Knockemstiff Ohio. We both have family from there.

I spoke with officials at L-Burg and they do make calls. They made a rough driving call on a modified driver Saturday night. They didn't think the 28 deserved a call so they didn't make one.

As for this thread if you don't think it was necessary feel free to stay out of it. I am not into pack mentality.....I'd prefer a little common sense.

I'm sorry but this thread is pointless. You can't fix stupidity. Just my 2 cents, now I will stay out.

I wish I could say I understand that but I don't.......

The point of this thread had nothing to do with the 28 or the 4, take the numbers off.....it is simply about applying rules correctly. I have not seen one person (including someone from the track that I spoke with offline) tell me that a call should have been made against the 28.

You want to turn it into a revenge issue that's fine, you can leave me out of that discussion as that was not my intent. I simply want to see the rules applied fairly to everyone, whether you like them or not, otherwise it becomes a free-for-all.

I bet I could ramble off 10 instances where the cause of a wreck was more blatant than what occured Saturday night and no call was made.....now suddenly, a call. Who will be next.....Who knows Beau, maybe it will be you I am defending the next time.

Before anyone speculates I have no relationship or connection to the 28 car.....I probably haven't had a conversation with him more extensive than "Hey, how's it going". And I don't know a single person that shows up with him at the track.

Alright well lawrenceburg might make calls once in a while especially for the mods, but i think L burg could give a crap less about the mini sprint drivers look at the way they do us every time were there, that track was crap this past weekend. they stick us out after the mods all the time and we wait and wait some more on them to get done with their caution after caution feature and then on top of that they put one late model out there to run six laps while we sit and wait that is a bunch of crap if you ask me. As for rough driving there wasnt any need to come from the bottom of the track to the top like that it is just stupid and for those who say he didnt know he was beside him you have to be hard of hearring to not know someone is beside you like that, they raced each other hard out of 2 and then down the straight away the 28 just shoots up the track when he knew the 4k was right there by him. when people say the 4k should have lifted that has to be the dumbest thing i have heard he was on the outside up against the wall and the 28 was the one who ran up into the 4k's line. i agree that rubbin is racin but tearring peoples equipment up is a just dumb and its gonna get someone hurt, we all put a lot of hard work, time, and money into our cars to run up front and people are starting to get tired of getting their cars tore up and that is why the 4k said somethin to jerry about the rough driving jerry tells use in the drivers meeting that we dont need the rough driving. That is my 2 cents and i will see everyone this weekend at waynesfield.

Point is. that driver a crew have done stuff that harm there reputation in the pits an to fellow drivers/crew(not saying im perfect) but what you do carries on an when stuff happens its easy to see how people think the way they do.

I agree with the opinion that i doubt Lawrenceburg is much of a supporter of the AMSA. If this is going to be Jerry's stance on rough driving then so be it as long as its consistant every race. Personally i dont have an opinion on the 28 and 4k wreak. I would rather not go back to l-burg. Why is there not a discussion about the quaility of the racing surface. Why are we not upset about 17 of the 25 cars getting tore up and not finishing.

The track was a mess, no doubt about that. We finished the race but the car is beat up.....cracked radiator, broken engine mount, broken water-temp gauge.

The mods really tore it up. The surface was extremely soft at the beginning of the night. The mods rutted it up and as it dried out it got worse. There were just not enough sprint car races to smooth out the surface.

In fairness to L-burg that is as bad as I have seen that track in a long time, and they are not the only track where we have run that has been in that shape. I have seen Moler and Twin Cities in the same shape or worse.
