I have not received an undamaged copy of my SC&M magazine in quite a while also.
Could it be because of the cover material that the magazine uses gets caught up in the postal machines?
I get subscriptions to many different magazines and this is the only one that is consistently torn up. What's interesting is that the SC&M would appear to have stronger cover material than most of the other magazines that I get, also more slippery.
I wonder if Doug Auld and the team would consider looking into this and change the thickness or material of the covers. I hate to put it on them, but it is the only magazine consistently torn up.

I worked at magazine printing plant for about 30 years. Chances are, the post office recieved your magazine in the same condition you recieved it in.

i seen a clip on amazing videos about damaged freight/goods/mail etc...you should have seen that video....i tried to find it but gave up on it im sure somebody else has seen it
