Does anyone know what it takes to connect your laptop to the TV?

well i had been watching it since 7 and just as quals were about done wouldn't you know it my computer would freeze and I lost it. Time to sit here and refresh until i get back in.

yeah i got back in now i can watch the race.

To hook your laptop up tp your tv if you have an S-video out of your laptop you can use that then it is normally like the "fn" (function key ) and F8 or F7 whatever has the monitor with on it. (looks like a sqaure with a line on each side of it) or you can go into your desktop properties and try it in their. will have to mess with your settings and such. however if you have a new TV some of them actually have a VGA input to them so all you need is a VGA cable.
