Mtek, It sounds great except, paying someone more to come out of the B-main and make the show than the guy who made it through the heat. If you pay a grand to start, you should pay a grand, or less, to finish 5th in the B (or whatever the first spot out of transfer is). I personally would pay the first non-transfer $900 on down to $500 for non qualifers. I would give the B-main transfer guys/girls $50 for fuel and tire wear for running the B. They already have their grand for making the show. Just a thought!

With that kind of money I'm sure I could sponsor Kevin Eckert a few bucks each month for his website. I know I surely use it enough when making my racing plans each week/month etc.

Probably could shell out a few dollars like JW Hunt used to for a good drive.

Probably buy a newer POS van too. Maybe update to a 96 or 97 model.

Have a nonwing sprint and midget doubleheader at Macon and Little Belleville with huge purses for both. Maybe hire Tony Funk and the Homewreckers to ensure a standing room only crowd.

(I just wanna see the sprintcars there to see what it would be like. The midgets run really well at both places)

Heck with ESPN or Speed. Id create my own channel I would be a six hour channel five days a week. All short track racing, Sprint, LM's and Supers. Thered be One hour of a pre show that I'd hire the TTD.com team to hold along with a couple well known and respected annoncers/columnist.

When possible Id have live racing. But Id have a couple crews out every weekend to at least have three or four same week showings of previous weekens racing.

It could be expanded but it wouldn't be based on sponsorship alone and filled with a bunch of soap opera and ficticious sports. THE SHORT TRACK CHANNEL! COMMING WHEN I HIT THE LOTTERY!

Chuck, who don't play but can dream pretty good.

A standing room only crowd and non-wing sprint cars at Belle-Clair would be a recipe for a tragedy. You would not want the turn 1 or turn 3 stands full all the way to the bottom when someone starts bouncing at the end of the straights.

Absolutely correct. I saw a car get into the stands in turn one a good many years ago. Thankfully very few people were sitting there and only minor injuries were reported. I still say that Belle Clair is a perfect midget track.

Do most of you who buy lottery tickets let the computer pick your numbers or do you pick your own? This is how hard it really is to win anything on Powerball. We had a pool at work that bought us 2,750 tickets, which won us $295 that we bought more tickets which won us absol:censor:utely nothing. The big win would be great but i would actually settle for winning about $50 grand just to pay off the house.
