Go

Same here, when it stops being fun it's time to get out. My Idea would be a Hot Air Balloon. Crank it up take off float for a little bit, look for a big X on the ground and heave a bag of Pillsbury's best Flour at it. Set it down, fold it up and go out and get drunk with your other competitors. Won't make any money their also but what the hey.

I think we went by Bloomington on the way to Peoria and I thought I was back home in Indiana. Try to make it down to DuQuoin at least you are in the same state. Have you ever run into a guy named Jim Mayhan I think he said he races up their a little bit.

I think that the Chili Bowl has skewed a lot of thinking about racing. Having a midget car that you only race once a year??? Indoor racing?? Big pay day for promoting a race in the winter??

The number of indoor racing that has failed is long and prestigious, but because of the Chili Bowl people keep on trying.

We are sitting home tonight bringing in the new year and watching an indoor race both Older and Bigger than the Chili Bowl. on Racing-Boys .com >>>> 1003 cars entered this year. Talk about fun and success.

So.... Are all the details ironed out and what is the payouts? I have seen some confusion on here and am looking for the final details before I commit to hauling over 8 hours one way. I'm just looking for covering gas money, not making money. If I was worried about making money, I would've started a brewery and sold beer because, well, a lot of people like beer....
Thanks

I think everything shoukd hopefully be ironed out now. If you have any specific questions please send me a PM on.here or facebook

So far I have right around 30 drivers from throughout the Midwest coming to this event.

Hopefully real soon the pictures of the trophies will be posted on here. These are very nice trophies that Dads Muffler and Auto Sales has provided for the top three finishers. We also have a couple of awards and some money donated by some sponsors to announce soon.
