Is the river level going to effect the opening date?

I mentioned this before - this is the sprint organization they need to run at the burg due to alll the rain.

Chuck, we did that a few years ago. June 14 was on a Saturday and our plans were to go to the 'burg, then the boat. Came a gully washer and Tom pulled the plug just like that, even before hot laps, if I recall. So down the road we went to Rising Sun early and really spent some money. :headbang
