Stupid question, when is someone going to realize they should do this on say a friday, saturday, or sunday evening? i know i'm crazy is there a reason why this wouldn't work? I have been to a few of these wed. shows low car count, low fan count, i just don't see how wed. works, but then again thats why i set in the bleachers

 Where were they!
1. Wednesday night
2. 2 or three days off last week and spent a lot of $$$$
3. Some people work. Not poor little rich kids.
4. Required neck restraints, radios, memberships
5. If not a IOW regular who knew about it.
6. Too many USAC rules:kookoo
7. Tires and fuel vs payback
8. Fuel for Towing

Nobody has mentioned if there were any fans. Again nobody knew about the show, especially in the middle of stock car country.

[QUOTE=snoopy;43702]:doh: Where were they!
1. Wednesday night (yup works for church, but not so much for raceing)
2. 2 or three days off last week and spent a lot of $$$$ (i'm sure the weekend tore up alot of equiment too.)
3. Some people work. Not poor little rich kids. (A_MEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and 1 more !)
4. Required neck restraints, radios, memberships (hmmmm radios crazy this isn't the national tour. memberships what is killing raceing)
5. If not a IOW regular who knew about it.
6. Too many USAC rules:kookoo (need more Indians and less cheifs)
7. Tires and fuel vs payback (never has been the right percentage and never will be)
8. Fuel for Towing (most races will find a way without the above problems.)

i thought there was a new reigium (sp) at usac. is it really that hard. ok I'm headed back to the bleachers.:headbang

We wanted to go but Kenny had finals this week and we took too much time off from school last week.

Now it would be nice to know how many cars will show up for the next one. Not sure if it would be worth the effort without at least 8-10 cars.

I talked with Don K. and he said that the little5 might have taken some cars. The ones I thought we would see were the big budget teams that have dirt drivers needing some pavement experience- no offense intended to the drivers but if you watch the races, it pretty obvious some guys are more comfortable on the dirt the the asphalt. :headbang:headbang
