Thank you all for the wonderful birthday wishes. It has been a great day today with lots of sunshine and unseasonable temperatures. Makes you wish that the season started right now.

Hard to believe that 60 years ago in a small town in Southern Illinois a 11 lb 3 oz booming baby boy entered the world screaming and kicking.

First the doctor hit me then my mother.

No wonder I am the way I am.

Little did anyone realize that one trip to the bullring (aka...Belle Clair Speedway) at a young age would hook

this one for life. I have had such a wonderful time enjoying auto racing with so many friends, especially right here on IOW.

RacinBabe and I are looking forward to 2012 and hoping to see some great racing in addition to seeing so many of you. Having one for all of you this evening.
