I know for sure they are sactioning the events, but are you positive they are the promoters? USAC has no marketing department because normally the tracks promote the events. How can they be expected to promote an event with no marketing department?

I've heard an ad for Thursday night thunder 3 times on the radio today.

if i remember correctly last time a driver/ legend tried something like this was AJ tryin to save the original Hoosier, plus running the Hulman../.

This sport has so many stars. It's just that sort of passion that makes Foyt a living legend.
