lps was not the reason.it was nobodys fault but the flagman.he made the mistake. ( one of many )

If LPS employed the flagman, then the employer should take responsibility for their employee mistakes, if endead it was his mistake. If it was a failure of the safty equipment and that is what the light is, then it is LPS fault that happened. You can look at it in many of ways, but in the end the car owner takes it in the pocket book once again.
