If you have a problem with testing, then you have a problem. Racing is not the only venue with drug problems. You can smell it in the stands, parking lots, and pits. People! Clean up your act and there won't be any need for testing.

Yep... No testing, no crime, no court, no lawyer, no jail and no prison.

And then no need for this...:loser:

And I almost forgot... we wouldn't have one guy talking to a congressional committee about how he stuck a needle full of HGH and steroids in a guys butt... Turn on ESPN. :action-smiley-049::angry-smiley-007:

After reading the policy I think USAC could go under if the test everyone with a runny nose,or causes a an accident on the track.
And does #20 mean no beer sponsors or you take a random test every event?
Let's hope this works and congress isn't involved:headbang

I noticed the drug testing wording on this year's USAC/CRA membership form and thought that I had overlooked it in years past. It appears that perhaps I am more observant than I thought.

The quotes represent myslef speaking hypothetically, thus the word labeled. On Aero's post he was not implying that the low car count was due to substance abuse but some folks will. The comment "my point exactly" is where that was directed. I was'nt attacking Aero just looking at his post from another point of view. Sorry Aero not trying to drag you into this just trying to clear the air.

My computer will not let me link to the policy. This could be a good policy, but I have 2 questions. Who is going to pay for the testing? Are they going to test for perscription drugs such as pain killers? I work in a cemetery and have buried 18 people for overdoses. Every one them was for perscription drugs, and all but 1 of them had a doctor's perscription for what killed them.
