At this year's Chili Bowl, I managed to finally meet SHORTBUS, Wallsracing, and E.P.
Meeting Bill, Lloyd, and Eric was a pleasure. :thumb:
I hope to sit with SHORTBUS's group at a race at the THAT this season, high just off turn four (no, not that kind of "high"). We all can use a good :emote20: occasionally, and I'm sure Bill and his friends can provide that. Good times at the races always increase when you get some really good :rolling: with good folks.
I also encountered several IOWers I had already met, including Lori B, Dauminator5, Petey, Lauren Besecker, and Crankin, plus former member Baue.
Grandma Kim and I had a great time there, as usual, and have already started talking about next year's Chili Bowl plans.
Congratulations to IOWers Darland 36 and Throttle10e, whose spouses had great finishes in their preliminary night features and in the Saturday night A.
