And I'm asking a new question.

Regardless of how many buyers there were, Emmett still got his check in the full amount. So I'm curious to know why he feels he got "raked over"? Or is this just typical Emmett whining about television?

Did he not sell those last 3 pit passes and he thinks they stayed home to watch on TV?

Typically it is paid by rights fees, regardless of how many buyers.
