Ed - we walked around to the back stretch to look for you all, but maybe you were either already up in the stands or in your cars preparing for the rain. Sorry we didn’t get to see you at the last race. We hope everyone made it home safely!!! Was good to see everyone again!!

Dang!! We missed you too?? We were the only racing family members in attendance. No Kodak moments.
Jen,
We were up against the road with our tent up and the flamingos standing guard. We waited to take the tent down and get in the truck just as it started to rain. Scott and I waited it out in the truck until they called it.

Do you have a tan Classic car with custom paint details? If so, you were about a half dozen or so cars down from us.

Yeah I was there too. I had a couple friends from Maine doing a motorcycle touring trip, and when they posted from Kentucky the other day I mentioned they werent that far from Haubstadt if they wanted to come see what sprint car racing was like. They were interested, and I told them I'd come down. Hadnt seen them in almost 20 years.
The rain cancelled out the racing, but I met them in a local pub and we stayed there till it closed catching up on things.
Even had some Kodak moments !

Yeah thats mine. I take that if theres a chance of losing a car in a crowded parking lot as its easy to find. I havent lost it yet,and never tried to get in the wrong car either!
It was like 93 degree's with 95% humidity.... with zero breeze. I mean you could take our your pocket knife and cut a slice of air. Thursday at a packed Lincoln Park was the worst. There was a little breeze at Terre Haute if you got out of the stands. Bloomington was only 92% humidity!!!!
