Sounds like you got lucky, I still cant believe they were willing to lose all my buisness for years to come. Great management Winchester!!!!!!

I was like a kid again seeing the drivers I watched for many years all in one place again; Kenyon, Rasmussen, Biglow, Rice, Greg Leffler, Masters, Jim Hines, Fedorcek, Bret Whited...and , yes, SUPERDUKE. Then there was the assortment of KK midgets, King Dirt cars, a couple of impeccably turned out Watson roadster copies and many other vintage cars.

Had yet another meetup with IOW.com buddies John Hoover, Danny Burton, Keith "Itsanonwingthing" Wendell, Ed and Karen Kempf, Spridge, a round trip ride with bench racing and Reds talk included with Fishburger. Had a first time meeting with a busy "Honest Sam" Brooks, who made a very good first impression with me. :thumb Also pleased to see current drivers roaming the pits like Kyle Robbins and Hunter Sheurenburg, who seems to have shrugged off the "racing rhumetism" very well. To be young again. Talked also with Kevin Besecker and Dakota Armstrong, who were in good spirits. Wanted to talk with the loquatious Mac Miller but he was busy talking shop with another fabricatior/restorer. Catch you next year, Mac. Last but not least Pat Sullivan who is wealth of knowledge regarding racing history and a joy to listen to.

I had a good time.
IT WAS A NICE DAY! ALSO THERE WAS ROLLIE BEALE TODD GIBSON GREG (SKINHEAD) CINCY FINEST! STAUB!

Weird...I was told as I was leaving the rainout early in the year that the ticket was good only for the rescheduled event (the next weekend). I fired off an e-mail to the track when I got home about my displeasure (I was scheduled to do something else that next weekend) and got a quick reply that this was NOT the case, and the rain check was good any race the rest of the year. Then I saw a notice on the website that the rain checks were good for any remaining race on the schedule.

Same here. When I left the track I asked them again if the ticket stub was my raincheck. They said yes again and like you was told not once but twice that it was for the next weekend.
