Nice job Chase. Coleman Gulick also won at 13. I was also thinking maybe Chad Boat.

Joe you might be right I am trying to find out. In an earlier post in the Coleman Gulick congrats that Sat. night was his first 410 win and he is 14. Chad would have to be 16 this year since he is running USAC but he may have won at 13 I do not know the answer to that.

Jeff showed up at the Hoosier Fall Classic at 13 years old, Drove the back up Kelly Kinser/Stropahl 20 made turns one and two succesfully then launched off three thru the pits about 60mph in hot laps. Did the same in his heat and they parked it.

The next season at 14 yrs old Jeff set a world 1/4 track record at the burg of a 10.664 since broken many times but still. He was always a contender. Im not sure he wond that year or not either but by 15 he was sinning consistantly and still couldn't race at Eldora due to the 16yr old age limit.

Brian Clausen won several races at 14 and was and still is one of me and dads favorites.

I seen Colman Gullick two years ago at the MSCS show at LBurg he was 12 years old and came up to sit with mom for a while. He looked good and slid off the cushion in one like many did that night in his heat but was clean and Smooth. Last weekend at age 15 he showed how far hes matured in finding the fast way around other than just mashing the gas. He took a line I seen possiblie even before the season started by going in high in one and driving down the bank in two making one super long straight out of the back straight. This beat the rim riding Peterman who at one point ran Colman down and passed him.

I've seen Chase a couple times this year and both times he looked smooth and not driving over his head. Kinda like his dad and I see every bit as successful a future as well. Congrats Chase Briscoe! The first of many, many wins Im thinkin! :thumb

Hey Kevin, does Chase have any aspirations to go Nascar or Indy in the future?
