King of the Non-Wing - all cars run a feature event proposal for 2017.
Run 2 different features, both with equal pay. Lineup formulated from the heat races just like Paragon does it. Take this years total purse and divide it in half for each feature. Then the winners from each feature square off and run a "King of the Hill" type race (similar to the Smackdown pole position races) at the end of the night for an extra $1000.00 or whatever is determined as the final purse.....winner take all. The winner of that 4 lap race is the 2017 King of the Non-Wing overall winner. Of course the cars and teams would need time to re-prep the car for the 4 laps, so run a couple features from the other classes in-between, then have the overall finals. If a preliminary winner gives up their spot due to a mechanical issue, then the spot in the finals would default to the runner-up of that feature to take their place. This eliminates the payback issue of cars who don't make the A-Main taking home more cash than the cars who were in the A-Main. All cars still get to run a feature event and it is equal to the other race being ran on that same program. now, excuse me while I go put on a helmet to avoid injuries from all of the bashing!! LOL

Yes. My nephew finished P5 on two occasions this season; $350 payout each night. LPS is not public concerning their purse structure, as far as I can tell. Attached is Bloomington's purse structure; directly from their website.

The only car in second feature to make more than the start money of 250 for the A-main was the winner of feature 2.

They changed the winning purses and starting purses in the middle of week.Think they were worried about car counts.
