Wouldn't you just be able to splice the signal lead from the micron into the positive wire to the #1 coil? Seeing as its not actually drawling any current I don't see it affecting the firing of the coil, but it will still see electricity present when firing #1 coil. I mean if you've already got it, why not use it? I plan to do just that with my mychron 4 left over from karting once I actually get around to building a car.

Don't have one right now.. idk bout splicing into the coil wire.. wht I remember from having them b4 was u just wrap around coil wire and works so wasn't sure how work on a motorcycle motor.

The problem is the spark plug pu is too sensitive and picks up all the other jumbled up magnetic pulses made by your ignition system and makes the tack read crazy numbers. You can send it back to Mychron I think somewhere in Virginia and they can convert it over to work off of the primary or tac wire from your ecm.

speedpartz is where I got mine didn't take long at all to install it
