There is Belleville and Springfield happening in August.
Could be a big field at LPS on the 9th.
Some of the best couple of USAC races I can remember was at Knoxville and Oskaloosa. Too bad they aren't running there.
As far as Opp goes, he loved talking racing as well as doing it. What memories.
Also as far as USAC and Knoxville go, I remember seeing Sheldon Kinser break the non-wing record there in about 1982, another guy who could flat out race. I think Tracy Hines has the record now.
