Great will rely on you to broadcast line ups when its quiet. I will be on headset, as usual but more n more no lineups come that way. Also, dont think anyone (Balou,Darland,bacon) will be there to post pics of them on twitter (that is so helpful) from pits. Will prolly be a scorers nightmare. Not to complain though. Hard to beat (30minutes from house)VCS & Sprints or any open wheel at Danville.
They should run some more in August, when Koko is dark. I would even run the Sunday after Smackdown. But easy for me to say,

Track looks good. Got in early this morning from Eldora in pouring rain off and on. Didn't rain from the time we were at the track, which was around 3 AM CT.

We will have a FM transmitter as well that you can listen to all of the action on if you have a radio.

We use transponders now so the scoring nightmare has been fixed lol

All the big guys are out east with USAC. Kokomo runs the week after smackdown

I think they meant that Sunday after smack down. SD is Thur Fri sat lol..

This I know. Not sure what you are meaning to say to me. Kokomo Smackdown is thurs,fri&sat but not Sunday. They go dark after the last july race until
Smackdown Thursday Aug. 21st.
So ??? Not sure what your point is & why your quoting me.
This is a good thing for the grass roots teams. I just want good fair racing. ????

The Vermilion County Speedway staff are HARD at work getting things ready. Pits are being graded to dry out, as can be seen here.

The pits are being wheel packed by Phil as I type. With all the grass, pitted just fine.
