No need for a seat cushion at the 400, those darned folk don't never sit down for the whole race (ENJOY THE STANDING). Hearing protection however is a must I went once set in the paddock had to go to the JOHN and get TP to put in my ears, them things are really loud and I'm already deaf anyhow. Just look on IOW and see what else is running, for your real racing experience for the weekend.

Fri night Bloomington Good sprint racing
Sat night probably L'burg really nice track with Sprints.
