Do you know how lucky you guys are to have these guys racing every weekend in Indiana??!! Even a boring non-wing race is better than a good 358 DIRT «rev limitater» modified!
![]() I live near Montréal in the Quebec province in Canada and let me tell you that Non-wing rules! ![]() I had the privilege to see them at Lincoln Park, Gas City, Kokomo, Terre Haute, Tri-State, Bloomington (very anxious to see them at Paragon and Lawrenceburg in the near future) and most recently at Bubba Raceway Park (Ocala) on Thursday (Clauson's win over Darland). From my point of view, the racing was very good! Of course, for 25$ to get in I would've expected a higher car count in the support division, but 30 cars was plenty enough for the non-wing (what a feature!). ![]() The track was in good shape, but last year configuration was better... Bubba changed the 4th corner so the guy racing on the outside has less of an advantage coming to the checkers (use to be a momentum racetrack). The problem is whenever the track is on the slick side, it's huggy pole! All in all a very entertaining evening! I really hope one day USAC will venture to Cornwall motor speedway or Drummond speedway near my hometown! |
