We attended the KISS/MSCS show earlier this year and they didn't even check the cooler. I even asked if they needed to see inside and the security person said no. That might change for this evening but you probably will be okay. Enjoy.

smaller coolers are permitted with beer in cans...
unless something has changed since last year
