Damn Aero thought you had for got to pay your internet bill. Where you going Saturday? I have never been there before. Thought I might give it a shot, but sounds like not very fan/camper friendly.

I have read this line of posts and just shaken my head. I may be a sprint car newby, but I have raced for 27 years, and toured nationally with more than one association for multiple seasons. I have very limited experience with dirt racing, and have only raced at a handful of race tracks. So far everyone I have dealt with has been very helpful, and courteous. The Fords have been nothing but nice to my dad, my crew and myself. They have had some terrible weather luck this year, as have all race tracks in the midwest. I have seen an average car count at Paragon of 40 sprint cars every day the gates have been open. To draw this many cars every night, gosh, they sure must be doing something right??????? I see other posts complaining about low car counts and I sure haven't seen that at Paragon. I drive 2 1/2 hours one way to come there and race (Louisville,Ky) and am damn proud to call it my home track!!! How can you complain about a guy asking to be paid for having people watch a race at his facility??? Keep in mind, that spectator gate money is what feeds his family, and pays our purses. If you owned a magazine stand would you want a guy to stand there and read your magazine, and not pay for it? I doubt it !!! Its a shame that some race fans would be cheesy enough to beat a track operator out of his gate $$$ period, and damn how is he the bad guy for asking them to pay or leave?

I've been to Paragon dozens of times and had a first class experience every time. I always encounter friendly people and see great racing.

haven't been to Paragon in a while but might just make this one if gas comes down just a little bit more..... not making as many races since I sold the motorcycle that got 50mpg....lol But haven't been to Paragon in a few years and always enjoyed the racing there and a KISS show is almost always a great race no matter where they are at
