Sheckter has never raced a front engine car to my knowledge. There are a 100 or more drivers more qualified than him. Those off the wall comments definately spark discussion, which is what this is for, I guess. Good to see Dave Steele back out there!

Not bad for what I believe is the Sachs Team's third pavement start. Noticed that Yermal's name isn't on the owner's list. Have they split?

I know you don't know me, but when I BASH somebody, it doesn't sound anything like 'stunk it up'. Saying somebody stunk it up is a virtual kiss on the cheek from ME Some of you guys crack me up with your willingness to be so misunderstanding of others!

Has he set fast time his first time at a track/in a particular kind of car anywhere else? And how about Dillon Welch setting fast time in the midgets. Congratulations to both of these fine young (but obviously not slow) drivers.
I like the name "YOUNG MONEY" for Larson.
I think I heard that watching the midget show from KS.
The kid has "IT" whatever "IT" is.

So, who's Dillon Welch? I never heard the name before the twitter message last night. He wasn't at Midget Week. Does he only run pavement?

And, we need a guide to car owners. I complained during Midget Week that the announcers give us all the sponsors on each car, but rarely (if ever) tell us who owns the car. I look in the official USAC lists as above, and half the owners are a bunch of initials.

He's Vince Welch's son. Yes he has been running regional, national, and some focus stuff too on the pavement.

Dick Monahan, I hear you loud and clear. I also went to two IMW shows and have no clue who is driving many of the cars.

and I go to races

I wrote my thoughts on this message board, and was not amazed and the butt kissing.

Feed 'em beans I guess. Good luck

who knows with Eddie, he could be a competitorl however he gets caught up in too many things at one time, if that Sachs Yermal combo can just get a lucky break, then there might be a new team to break into victory lane. I hear that the young driver they have, martino or something is quite talented, wonder why he wasn't driving?

Eddie put this together 3 days before the event. I know this because Jimmy and myself put it together. We had a car that hadn't been touched since last October. Our plans for the weekend was to finish and we did that. You can't bash Jimmy. Look at the guys past accomplishments. The equipment is good stuff. Just low budget. With a few bugs fixed this will be a top notch team. We had a ton of supporters there this weekend so.thank to.all of them.
