Way to many computer jockeys on here whining and complaining to attend the races. Much easier to sit at home and ***** and moan about the fact that the track was too dusty, the show took too long and went past my bedtime, motorcyle riders showed up, I can't take a cooler in, don't know which teams will show up to run, too many support series, etc, etc......
I'm with you. I get bored watching on the computer. Life is to short. Get out and enjoy the races whereever you might be. I know we are spoiled here in Indiana. For you out of staters, maybe consider moving here. Plenty of houses for sale.
I would have to win the lottery to be able to afford a divorce, then i can buy one of them houses for sale in Indiana! Guess this is a lengthy process for me.
Im with Brent, If I can go, I go. Usually make two or three of the five, I know several who make all.
Still, Midget week isn't nearly as popular as Sprint week, A ton of people are out of work and many live very far away. Im amazed at Pine and others who'll make the trip five or six times a year.
Just like the Races in California, WHen they show them on the net. I am thankful. Would love to, And will make it out there someday.
I just wished USAC would provide audio or scoring, Don't get me wrong, I love a good off season webcast, Even some in seasons I can't make. Lets face it. Vacation time is limited for all those not retired.
Chuck, appreciative for what they do, when they do it. I just think the tracks and USAC could used a little more exposure. Expecially for Midget week.
