Well, from my experience with said engine builder, I guarantee you that Rob and Bill were in the right and telling the accurate side of the story. I hope the law sees it that way and neither of them get into any kind of trouble or lose their jobs.

I hope they get their engine that I am sure is rightfully theirs. This guy is a crook, when I worked for an unamed racer he got one on us real good. Would love to tell anyone who is willing to listen but do not think this is the place to do it. Mr. C has ripped Indiana racers off long enough! I know the other parties involved and I am sure they are being honest. Glad someone stood up to him finally!

There are two things that I know for sure:1)No engine is worth getting shot over and 2)No engine is worth shooting someone over.
I wish it would have ended a different way.

You don't understand, the engine builder pulled the gun first. The people who went there to get their stuff back didn't expect a gun to be pulled on them. I went up there (to his old shop) under very similar circumstances and got my stuff out of there w/o a gun being pulled. I was very lucky. He basically cost me $18,000 in what should have been a $4000 rebuild the summer before last. He set us back an entire year and even this past season, his work came back and haunted us with our back up motor. I, also, would love to tell you some of the stuff he did. It's incredible!!!

Cecil you're gonna hate me. I took off your multiple posts. I'll try to fix it.

I try real hard to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, so you were there and witnessed this?
