NOV 20th - 43rd Annual Kronik Energy Drink Western World Championships
try again...last year usac scheduled the tulare sprint car race against the western world so that the jw mitchell classic could be run at ventura. the western world then got moved to that same weekend. usac went ahead and scheduled the midget show at ventura again, but as a combined national/western states race.

there were 46 midgets at this show last year...likely to be well over 50 this year. probably gonna be the best usac car count of the year. can't wait!!!

Riverside Speedway (The Ditch) in West Memphis is having their Trick or Treat Nats. race on Sat. Oct. 24th the week before the STN's. Winged 360's and 600 micros along with their fendered classes.

Anyone driving out West should try to catch the STN's at I-30. Some of the best winged racing you can see anywhere and it's by far my favorite winged race.

I'm going with Budman on this one. As much as I like a well run Usac event, I care not for their twin 50's that they run the silver crown with. They might as well run heats, a semi & feature. This 50/50 stuff takes away all the strategy of running the 100 laps.

Unless LPS comes up with something better, I'm driving 3 1/2 hrs to the Burg. Plus I am curious to see the wings at the Burg. Hopefully, it will not be follow the leader. Also, the regular sprints should put on a good show.

Peace & love to all.

The Allstar show 2 years ago was fantastic, the WOO show last year was just ok. The cool thing is about that race is you get wings and non-wings in one night. Plus the best track promoter and crew around. Ill be on the backstretch!
